CDMVision Joins the OPC Foundation for Industrial Interoperability

CDMVision has joined the OPC Foundation as a member, reinforcing our commitment to open standards and interoperability in industrial automation.

Why This Matters

As manufacturing moves toward Industry 4.0, inspection data needs to flow seamlessly between systems — from AR inspection on the shop floor to MES, ERP, and quality management platforms. OPC UA provides the standardized communication framework to make this happen.

What This Means for SuPAR Users

We are working on native OPC UA connectivity for SuPAR, enabling real-time inspection data exchange with any OPC UA-compatible system. This will allow:

• Automatic inspection triggering based on production events
• Real-time quality data feeds to supervisory systems
• Standardized data formats for regulatory compliance
